Inclusive hiring is becoming more common, and there are many resources online that outline the benefits to both the individual and the business.

- A survey by Stats Canada revealed that when employed in a workplace committed to workforce inclusion of people with disabilities, employers find increased employee loyalty, reliability, and punctuality from all of its staff - not just those with disabilities.
- Customers were found to be up to 92% more likely to support businesses that employ people with disabilities.
- Inclusion Alberta, on their website under Inclusive Employment state: If you are an employer wondering if someone with a disability could work in your business, consider the following:
- studies show that people with disabilities have lower absenteeism and stay with employers longer than their non-disabled counterparts
- 60% of people with disabilities rated better in work safety than their non-disabled colleagues, with 78% lower costs related to workplace accidents

Inclusive hiring is a wonderful opportunity to support an individual with special needs, while receiving the benefit of a dedicated, hardworking and charismatic employee.
Peter is truly blessed by his clients and the social connections they provide, as well as the opportunity to receive paid employment and contribute to society in a meaningful way. His clients are blessed by Peter and his positive attitude, and his willingness to try new things and to persevere. Our prayer is that this work can be done to God's glory and honour, as we seek to serve Him in our relationships with one another, through inclusion and mutual blessing.
One hour a week, One hour a month - how can we serve you?
Our request is that your company consider hiring Peter for 1 or 2 hours per week. Planning a weekly visit to your company works well for Peter, as it allows him to build a weekly schedule to work around, as he travels between the various locations of the clients he serves. Peter is happy to work for more hours for you as well; we are grateful for any hours you have to offer! If once a week is too often for your needs, Mr. Office can also come every second week, or once month. We can make our schedule fit yours!
